Join us for this informative and engaging talk with Lizz Horvath.
Expectations and reality will come together during this game and discussion. Lizz Horvath shares the hard-learned lessons managing stakeholder expectations and user needs when designing enterprise applications and the questions you should be asking yourself in every situation.
Lizz is an Enterprise UX Designer at The Home Depot, helping to make employees' everyday work a little easier. Supply chain-focused, she designs warehouse management applications that give leadership dynamic visibility to work in progress. She developed a love for and skill at finding better solutions in her early work as a Scenic Designer and Project Manager, stretching budgets and improving the entertainment design processes. Over the last decade, she has re-focused those skills on design thinking and agile development to improve business operations in Higher Education and Facilities Management because "it shouldn't be work to do work." You can find Lizz on Twitter talking UX, sharing dog pictures, and defending pineapple pizza.
